Residential Compound Al Marwah – Jeddah (133,000 m²)
A residential compound located in Al Marwah District, Jeddah. The project consists of 36 buildings, each containing 6 concrete slabs, with a total built-up area of 133,000 square meters.
The average span between columns exceeds 9 meters to meet the architectural design requirement of minimizing the number of columns and using the smallest possible sections. Therefore, a post-tensioned slab system was chosen.
Our scope of work included the complete structural design, including the post-tensioned slabs, their execution, and technical support.
