Initially, the project was designed with pre-cast hollow-core slabs supported by beams cast in place. However, after conducting a detailed value engineering study, Hemamco opted for the post-tension slab system as the optimal solution in terms of economic efficiency, reduced construction time, and enhanced structural safety.
