Project Al Sadeem Project :

Al Sadeem Project in Obhur, Jeddah, stands as an exemplary model of the commercial and residential projects undertaken by Hemamco (Hemam Al-Arouba), combining innovative design with engineering efficiency. Spanning a total area of 4,800 square meters, the project comprises three floors and an annex, designed to be an integrated commercial and residential hub that meets the needs of the local community in Jeddah.

Hemamco has undertaken an advanced scope of work, including value engineering studies to optimize costs, design and execution of post-tensioned slabs, as well as concrete structure works and finishing. The project involved studying a 4-meter cantilever along a 55-meter-wide facade, eliminating lower columns and reinforcing the structure with load-bearing tendons, with a slab thickness of 25 cm. Additionally, expansion joints were eliminated, and the slabs were analyzed under thermal effects to ensure stability and durability. This project reflects Hemamco’s commitment to engineering innovation and sustainability, supporting Saudi Vision 2030 by delivering an advanced commercial and residential destination that enhances the quality of life in Jeddah.
