represents Nebula project in Abhar, Jeddah, is a prime example of the commercial and residential projects implemented by Hammamco (Hammam Al-Orouba)combining innovative design and engineering efficiency. The project spans a total area of 4,800 square metersand consists of Three floors and an annexis designed to be an integrated commercial and residential center that meets the needs of the local community in Jeddah.

HIMMCO has taken on an advanced scope of work that includes Value engineering study to optimize costs, andDesign and implementation of post-tensioned slabsalong with Concrete structure work and finishes. A 4-meter-long projection was studied on a 55-meter facade width, eliminating the lower columns and reinforcing the structure with load-bearing tensioners, with a roof thickness of 25 cm. Expansion joints were eliminated and the roofs were studied under the influence of heat to ensure stability and durability. This project reflects HAMMCO's commitment to engineering innovation and sustainability, and supports the Kingdom's Vision 2030 by offering a cutting-edge commercial and residential destination that enhances the quality of life in Jeddah.
