Hyperlulu Project - Taif

One of Taif’s unique projects, Hyber Lulu is located in the Al Jal-Taif neighbourhood and has 33 thousand flat metres of construction. Work on this project took 4 months, and after studying the security and lowest cost structural system the post-tensile concrete system (Post Tension) was selected which is the best in saving the amount of iron in the ceilings.
Centre Point Building Project - Al-Shara 'a

The project consists of parking houses, ground houses and first houses. The roof was designed in advance with a pre-cast vacuum tile system based on cast cameras on the site. We conducted a valuable study of the project and selected a post-tensile tile tile system, where it was the best economically and time and safety factors.
Marwa Project - 36 Residential Buildings

It is a residential complex located in Jeddah-Marwa neighbourhood. The project consists of (36 building) each building 6 concrete ceilings with 133 thousand square metres of construction. The average distance between columns is more than 9 meters to achieve the architectural design that requires the lowest number of columns with the smallest possible sectors, so the post-tensile tile system was selected. The scope of our work was the preparation and implementation of complete structural design including post-tensile tiles and technical support.
