Project Just Fun Arena in Al-Naseem, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, stands as a pioneering example of engineering innovation and cost efficiency, showcasing Hemamco ( Hemam Al-Arouba)’s expertise in delivering advanced structural solutions. Designed for games and entertainment, the arena features an open space with a 20-meter span without columns, creating an ideal environment for recreational activities.
Hemamco conducted value engineering to optimize the roof design, replacing the traditional steel system with a post-tensioned beam system, achieving approximately 20% cost savings compared to the steel roof system. The scope of work included the complete design and execution of post-tensioned beams, adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety. This project reflects Hemamco’s commitment to delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions, supporting Saudi Vision 2030 by enhancing the recreational infrastructure in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, thereby contributing to improved quality of life and community engagement.
