Al Fal Project in North Jeddah – Obhur Al-Shamaliyah is a distinguished addition to the residential projects undertaken by Hemamco (Hemam Al Arouba), blending modern design with engineering efficiency. Spanning a total area of approximately 9,000 square meters, the project comprises 8 residential floors designed to provide an exceptional living environment that meets the aspirations of families in Jeddah.
The project was meticulously studied, with thorough reviews of soil reports revealing groundwater at a depth of 1.5 meters from the architectural zero level, alongside the project’s location in seismic zone (D). Accordingly, Hammco conducted value engineering to optimize the structural design and reduce the costs of foundations and structural elements. The post-tensioned slab system was adopted as the most cost-effective structural solution, with the structure designed using shear walls and columns tied with beams to ensure stability and safety. This project reflects Hemamco’s commitment to engineering innovation and sustainability, supporting Saudi Vision 2030 by delivering advanced residential solutions that enhance the quality of life in Jeddah.
